A delightful book of poems by Noela McNamara, “Echoes of the Past”, is a tribute to her parents, Lorna and Noel Mulhall. The book tells the story of love over time, and offers a rare glimpse into the world of two people who married during World War II and raised a family of seven children through what were often hard times. Noela is a previously published poet who is presently undertaking doctoral studies at James Cook University, Cairns Campus.
