Russell Clark
As a young person, Russell Clark spent hours either in the bush enjoying nature or expending his energy on the sports field. These twin passions have stayed with him throughout his life.
Working as a maths and science teacher and school administrator for many years, he felt privileged to be able to guide adolescent students through this crucial period in their lives. This sense of privilege continued when he became a pastor, helping people navigate their way through life. This time included sixteen years as a prison chaplain.
He lives with his wife, Elizabeth, at Tinaroo in beautiful North Queensland. He has five adult daughters, thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The Locust Years is his first novel.
